Your main missions

Your activity will be fully diversified and will be based on a daily collaboration with the other members of the VIREO team, under the supervision of the Partner-CEO in charge of taxation and programming. You will also be in regular contact with other VIREO Partners, sponsors and clients. In summary, your role is defined as following : 

  • Work with the Partner in charge of taxation and algorithms of the VIREO platform

  • Participate in the thinking and digitisation of business processes in various sectors (tax, banking, insurance, real estate, human resources, …)

  • Design new algorithms, processes and products in collaboration with the VIREO team

  • Develop a global reflexive approach and propose adequate solutions to open problems

  • Diagnose technical failures and correct possible algorithmic errors

  • Participate in prioritisation meetings with clients and sponsors in order to propose an execution schedule

  • Carry out a technological watch in order to deepen your technical expertise and to anticipate the evolution of the VIREO platform

  • Participate in the annual update of the VIREO platform according to the sectorial and legal evolutions

  • Bring your creativity and contribute to the development strategy of the company

  • Other (to be determined according to your expectations)
 

Your profile

  • You have a bachelor’s degree in automation or a master’s degree in engineering (industrial or civil) with knowledge of automation

  • You have good analytical and problem-solving skills

  • You have excellent organisational and autonomy skills

  • You are rigorous, methodical and constantly seeking to develop your skills

  • You have good listening skills and enjoy working in a team

  • You have a perfect command of the French language and are at ease with English

  • You are interested in innovative companies that help shape the world of tomorrow

  • You are looking for a work environment that allows you to evolve and work alongside experienced entrepreneurs

Your assets (non mandatory)

  • You have a perfect command or excellent knowledge of Luxembourgish or German

  • You have a basic knowledge of accounting or taxation

  • You are comfortable with digital tools in general

  • You enjoy participating in various activities (leisure) with your team outside working hours
